chiefs, sheriffs, police association presidents, prosecutors, and survivors
of violent crime.
Children Now is a nonpartisan, independent voice for children,
working to translate the nation's commitment to children and families into
action. Children Now is a national organization with a special presence in
California.
Stand For Children, an affiliate of CDF, its mission is to
identify, train, and connect local children's activists engaging in
advocacy, awareness-raising, and service initiatives on an ongoing basis
as part of Stand For Children chapters.
Urban Institute, a nonpartisan economic, social, and policy
research organization, investigates the social and economic problems
confronting the nation and analyzes efforts to solve these problems.
Parent Services Project is a national nonprofit organization
dedicated to integrating family support into early childhood programs
through training, technical assistance and education.
NACCRRA (National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral
Agencies) provides vision, leadership, and support to community
child care resource and referral, and promotes national policies and
partnerships committed to the development and learning of all children.
Zero to Three is a non-profit group dedicated to promoting the
healthy development of our nation's infants and toddlers by supporting and
strengthening families, communities, and those who work on their behalf.
They are dedicated to advancing current knowledge; promoting beneficial
policies and practices; communicating research and best practices; and
providing training, technical assistance and leadership development to a
wide variety of audiences.
California State Advocates for Children's Issues
California Budget Project (CBP) engages in independent fiscal
and policy analysis and public education with the goal of improving public
policies affecting the economic and social well-being of low and middle
income Californians.
